Per capsule vs. per serving
Amounts on the label are for the full serving of two capsules. The per-capsule amount is exactly half: 300 mg of Fenugreek per serving is 150 mg per capsule.

The dagger means no official Daily Value has been set for that ingredient. That's standard for amino acids, herbal extracts and performance compounds, and doesn't signal a safety concern.

Standardized extracts (50% saponins)
The percentage after an extract is its guaranteed concentration of active compound. Fenugreek 50% means every capsule delivers 75 mg of active saponins, consistent batch to batch, unlike raw powder.

Concentration ratios (Tongkat Ali 100:1)
100:1 means 100 kg of raw root was concentrated into 1 kg of extract. So the 100 mg of extract in each capsule matches the active compounds in about 10,000 mg of raw root powder.

Other ingredients
Magnesium stearate is a pharmaceutical-grade flow agent that stops powder clumping during encapsulation, listed in descending order per 21 CFR 101.4. The HPMC capsule is plant-based hydroxypropyl methylcellulose: vegan, with no gelatin.
