Zyro Life ships to serviceable postal pin codes across all states and union territories in India. Serviceability is automatically verified at checkout based on your entered delivery address. We support prepaid transactions including UPI, all major debit/credit cards, and net banking.
02Order Processing Time
Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment center within 1–2 business days following payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or gazetted public holidays are processed on the subsequent working day.

04Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Applicable on all prepaid orders meeting or exceeding the minimum checkout threshold displayed in the store.
- Standard Shipping: A flat, nominal shipping charge is calculated and shown transparently at checkout prior to payment for orders below the threshold.

Upon order dispatch, tracking details and direct consignment tracking links are delivered via SMS and email. You can also view real-time shipping milestones by accessing your customer account on our website.
06Delays & Force Majeure
ZYRO VIDA LIFESCIENCES PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including unforeseen courier logistical issues, civil unrest, natural disasters, transport strikes, or government lockdowns.
